Our kitchen is organized and fully equipped to maintain Kosher from every aspect.

First and most important element is that only certified Kosher raw materials are allowed in our kitchen.

Beyond that, there are 4 different areas in the kitchen for preparing Meat, Vegetables, Dairy and Flour products. Each area has its own working bench, utensils, towels and kitchen tools all colored properly (red for meat, green for veggies, blue for dairy and orange for flour) so as to exclude wrong use.

Utensils and dishes used for dairy and meat are washed separately in 3 stainless steel sinks.

Furthermore there are 3 ovens available. Bread, dairy and meat are cooked in different ovens.
